At Strandbags, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Select between a free in-store return at any Strandbags location nationwide or a convenient return via post using our online portal.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your items and include the original tax invoice or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or an exchange will be facilitated in-store.
